What it does
Covers the full examination cycle for regular, supplementary and improvement examinations: setup of exam types, patterns and rules; notifications, registration and fees; hall tickets with QR codes; question banks, blueprints and secure question papers; exam centers, seating and invigilation; barcoded answer sheets, valuation, moderation, revaluation and rechecking; SGPA and CGPA results; and marksheets, grade cards, transcripts and degree certificates.
Why it matters
The Controller of Examinations carries the most visible and time-critical responsibility in a university. Rule-based processing and secure workflows reduce errors, shorten result timelines and build trust among students.
