At least 5+ year in a similar role in the VFX industry Ability and initiative to create and maintain project-tracking Experience in working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Duties

Workforce Projection depending on Projects in queue and Resource Allocation for all service lines - Film VFX, Commercial, Corporate Films, Digital Video & Animation Plan project delivery with client and supervisors of respective project. Review production schedules and revises according to project specifications. Client coordination w.r.t project delivery, time to time completion status, work effort and time requirement. Call dailies, client meetings and production meetings to record accurate and detailed notes Vendor Management – Ensure outsourcing of work and completion from Vendor within given time frame. Tracking completion status of project on a daily basis and take necessary steps to ensure on time completion Create weekly and monthly schedules for project deadlines Communicate with artists daily, ensures they have the appropriate resources and that their work is on target for completion Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientated Ensure necessary procurements for project (hardware and software) are done on time and raise request with concerned departments accordingly
